Fubara flags off N195bn ring road project

Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara on Monday flagged off the N195bn ring road project in Port Harcourt. The road project, which has a three years completion target, will connect about six communities of the state.

 Speaking at the event, Fubara said the inherent individual differences occasioned by the diverse ethnic groupings notwithstanding, the Port Harcourt Ring Road will serve as a bold effort taken in connecting Rivers people together and fostering greater unity among them.
