Foundation donates blood, cash to less privileged patients

A Kaduna-based Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), Isah Ashiru Youth Foundation has donated blood and cash to the less privileged patients at Rigasa government hospital in Igabi local government area of Kaduna state to cushion the effects of recession.

Speaking during the donation, the chairman of the association Nalam Bashir Yusuf said, “We decided to assist them with some money and blood to cushion the effect of the present economic recession that hits hard on the patients.”

The beneficiaries in their separate remarks, thanked the association for the donation and assured that they would use the money judiciously.
