A former Chief Justice of Nigeria ( CJN ), Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi is dead.
He was the 11th Chief Justice of Nigeria from 30 January 2007 – 30 December 2009.
The late jurist was a native of Kutigi in Niger state and died at the age of 78 after a brief illness in London.
