Forensic experts lecture Abuja students on dangers of fraud

Students of Veritas University in Bwari and Footsteps International Academy at Gwarimpa in the FCT were recently treated to a fraud awareness seminar by the Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria (CIFCFIN) in Abuja.

The lecture was aimed at exposing the students at an early stage in life to the dangers posed by fraud in the society.

CIFCFIN’s Registrar/Chief Executive, Dr. Isa Salifu, who stated this during the flag off of this year’s International Fraud Awareness Week in Abuja, said the institute would expand its advocacy network to reach out to more people and organisations, so that they are informed of the dangers of fraud and corruption in the society.
