FMBN’s misleading claim

I was surprising with the assertion by the  Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria in a programme aired on NTA on September 2, 2021, that the bank had delivered on its mandate of providing houses for its clients.

I was taken aback by this assertion because I am yet to receive the refund of my National Housing Fund savings 10 years after retiring.

I retired from the Nigeria Police Force in 2011  but the bank is yet to refund my contribution after fulfilling all the necessary documentations.

SPONSOR AD

Both the Managing Director of the bank and the Ilorin office are aware of a letter of protest for the non-refund of NHF contributions written by the Kwara State chapter of Retired Police Officers of Nigeria under Contributory Pension Scheme.

I will appreciate if FMBN does the needful to refund our contributions being held since we were not given homes.
