Lobi Stars’ fast rising striker, Godfrey Aondoaseer Utim, has expressed joy over his first full 90 minutes in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL).
For the first time, the former Inter Allies of Ghana player lasted the whole duration of the MatchDay 22 fixture between Lobi Stars and Kano Pillars last Sunday.

Utim made his debut in the NPFL with Akwa United but retraced his steps to join home club Lobi Stars before the restart of the ongoing season.
He opened his goal account in the Nigerian topflight on his debut for Lobi Stars in the MatchDay 20 clash with Enugu Rangers on April 3 in Makurdi.
Speaking to Daily Trust, Utim said playing regularly in Lobi Stars among more experienced team mates is helping him to improve quickly.
“For me, this is a golden opportunity I want to utilise to the fullest. I want to keep improving and that is why I am excited by my first full 90 minutes against Kano Pillars.
“Without doubt, I still have a lot to learn so this opportunity to play regularly is a big tonic,” said Utim.
Although the young striker who stands at more than six feet is having rave reviews in his new club, he said it is too early to pour accolades on him.
