Firm seeks to reduce real estate scams, housing deficit

A Real Estate company, Seven30 Real Estate Limited, has promised to proffer solutions to the spate of Real Estate scams and housing deficit in Lagos State.

The company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Oluwole Fapohunda, who stated this during a media parley, noted that the company intends to fill the trust gap in the industry.

“Evidently, there is a housing deficit in Lagos State as statistics show that there are two out of three people in the state that do not have access to quality housing and we intend to break that chain by working for quality housing for all.
