Firm seeks to reduce real estate scams, housing deficit

A Real Estate company, Seven30 Real Estate Limited, has promised to proffer solutions to the spate of Real Estate scams and housing deficit in Lagos State.

The company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr Oluwole Fapohunda, who stated this during a media parley, noted that the company intends to fill the trust gap in the industry.

“Evidently, there is a housing deficit in Lagos State as statistics show that there are two out of three people in the state that do not have access to quality housing and we intend to break that chain by working for quality housing for all.

“Then, we want to make sure that the landlord gets quality and well-documented lands to build these houses on because there have been a lot of Real Estate scams in the past and we hope to tackle this,” he said.

The CEO added that recently, the firm allocated lands to its customers, fulfilling one of its major objectives, Nooks Court project in Epe, Lagos State.

One of the firm clients, Adetunmobi Samuel, expressed satisfaction drawn from his acquiring a land in Lagos at affordable cost.
