A real estate firm, T-Pumpy Estate, has expressed readiness to partner with the federal government to tackle the housing deficit in the country.
Speaking during a roadshow in Abuja, the Managing Director (MD) of T-Pumpy, Akintayo Aderalegbe, said that his firm had completed over 50,000 housing units and planned to collaborate with the government to address the housing deficit.
Adaralegbe, who also announced his commitment to community development by offering affordable plots of land in Abuja, said his company planned to develop more than 20,000 housing units.
He said, “We are bringing this opportunity to the doorsteps of Nigerians. This project demonstrates that Nigerian youths can do more than protest; they can showcase Nigeria’s beauty to the world.

“We are showcasing our new site in the Kaba District of Abuja, and we are telling the Nigerian youths that it is not only to come out to protest, we can equally showcase the goodness of Nigerians to the general public and the people in the diaspora.”
He further said that the plots came with statutory documents and Certificates of Occupancy (Cs of O).
