He said it was close knit cosmopolitan residence encompassing 236 units of four to five-bedroom luxury styled terraces strategically located in the heart of the city.
He said, “As a society, we tend to think of a home as simply a structure with four walls and a roof. That’s not enough; we believe a home should be our haven away from all the noise and stress of everyday life. A place we love and feel loved. A place of happiness where we learn, grow, build and reinvent. It is a place that inspires us to overcome our fears and achieve our dreams.
“At Max Grove, we are building luxury homes designed to match those expectations. A perfect place for families to grow and flourish.”
Onwumere stressed that Max Grove offered exceptional architectural designs with a blend of perfect style, space and functionality.
He further said, “Ideally situated in the heart of the Centenary City, just a few minutes from the renowned airport. Max Grove offers the best in location, design and affordability.”
The Managing Director (MD) of Centenary City, Dr Michaels Odenigwe, said the city was a big dream for Nigeria and that it would continue to create jobs for Nigerians, noting that it represented Nigeria’s diversity.
Centenary City is a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) modelled after Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was created in 2014 to mark Nigeria’s 100 years of existence, but development there has been slow compared to the Eko Atlantic City, Lagos, which was conceived at the same time and for the same purpose.
