Nigerian singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, professionally known as Fireboy DML has revealed that his forthcoming single ‘Bandana’ will be released on July 15.
The Afrobeats star made this known via his Twitter handle on Monday 4th July.

The singer via his Twitter account made the announcement to the delight of his teeming fans. “It’s #Playboy SZN. ‘bandana’ ft. @asakemusik+ album pre-save 15th July,” the rave-of-the-moment-artiste tweeted.
Apart from the exciting news of his album release date, Fireboy has added a feather to his cap as it has been reported that the singer is the first-ever African act to perform at the main show of the prestigious BET award that was held recently.
He was also nominated for the Best International Act, where he was up against the likes of Dave, Dinos, Fally Ipupa, Little Simz, Ludmilla, Major League DJZ, Tayc, and Tems. However, he lost to his Nigerian colleague, Tems, who became the first Nigerian female artiste to clinch the award.
Also, the singer is set to join forces with Asake for the release of his second song in 2022 while his first song, Playboy, still enjoys massive airplay.
