The Kano State Fire Service has said that a fire has destroyed 30 temporary small-scale recycling rubber shops at Bompai Dakata Layin Kwalema in Nassarawa LGA.
The Public Relations Officer of the State Fire Service, Saminu Abdullahi, stated this on Tuesday in Kano.

He said the incident happened on Tuesday morning.

He said 30 temporary shops of 1,000 by 1,000 feet used as rubber recycling areas were completely razed down by the fire and that the grinding machine used for melting rubber was slightly burnt.
