Fire on Saturday, destroyed seven houses and 30 shops on Ladupo Street in Mushin, Lagos.
Goods worth millions of naira were also burnt. Witnesses said the fire started from a shop at number 16, Ladupo Street.

Though no life was lost, our correspondent gathered that some occupants of a storey building which was also affected sustained severe burns.
