The Osun State Governor, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola, on Monday, said the war against insurgency requires collective effort involving a blend of active and soft forces.
Gov. Oyetola, who said this in Osogbo, advocated for collaborative effort and patriotism among stakeholders, including the military and civilians.
He said the non-conventional and militia nature of the nation’s raging insecurity made collaboration between the military and the civilian expedient, especially in a world heavily driven by technology.
