The Association of Nigeria Health Journalists Wednesday urged the Federal Government to implement the emergency ambulance services on all highways as provided for in the Basic Health Care Provision Fund.
The president of the association, Hassan Zaggi, made the call in Abuja Wednesday when he led his team on a condolence visit to the management and members of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria over the demise of the union’s Secretary General, Silas Adamu, who died together with his wife and daughter in a recent motor accident along the Abuja-Kaduna Highway.
