The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, in collaboration with the Africa Initiative for Governance, has completed the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes carried out in the office.
This is ahead of the formal launch of its innovative Enterprise Content Management System.

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Folasade Yemi-Esan, said on Tuesday in Abuja that this was a first and fundamental step ahead of the digitalisation of the work of the OHCSF.
The SOPs are globally recognised as manuals that apply step-by-step instructions compiled by an organisation to assist its personnel perform operational tasks accurately and effectively.
The OHCSF now has 26 sets of SOPs containing detailed instructions on procedures carried out by all its departments.
