There has not been a single voter turning up to vote as at 12pm at the Radio House Area, 002 polling unit of Gwagwalada.
The polling unit has a total of 19 registered voters, as INEC officials, found sleeping, said the unit is a newly-created one by INEC.
Agents of political parties were seen also taking a nap under a tree, as the sole security officer.
The NYSC ad hoc staff told Daily Trust that they have been waiting since 8am when they opened the unit, but there had not been a single voter.
She said they would close by 2pm as planned even if no voter eventually turned out to cast vote.
Asked whether people are not aware of the centre, she said the 19 registered people had registered at the placed and therefore were aware of the centre.
