The father of a two-year-old girl, Rabiat Yakubu, who was kidnapped on August 7, 2022, in Tungan Maje community in Gwagwalada Area Council of the FCT, has appealed to the police command to intervene and rescue his daughter.
The father, Rabiu Yakubu, a staff of Daily Trust Newspaper, made the appeal, saying he had reported the issue at two police divisions: Tungan Maje and Zuba, immediately after her disappearance.

City & Crime learnt that Rabi’at is the fifth child to be abducted from the community in recent times and that none of the abducted children has been found yet.
This, our correspondent learnt, has become a source of worry to parents in the community.
