The Chairman of Gwagwalada Area Council in the FCT, Alhaji Abubakar Jibrin Giri, has disengaged all revenues consultants from 2016 to 2022.
Giri, who disclosed this on Tuesday, said anyone found collecting revenue on behalf of the council would be considered an imposter and prosecuted.
He said his administration decided to disengage the consultants due their non-remittance of revenues collected on behalf of the council and in order to engage new ones who would boost the revenue of the council, noting that the new consultants had already been appointed with the mandate to commence work immediately.
