The chairman added that all necessary arrangements to attain the said target have been geared up to fulfill the college’s dream. He also stressed that the college has since embarked on a massive training of its staff and erecting the needed structures to meet the requirement for the upgrading of the college.
The chairman also stated that the college recorded tremendous achievements in the past decade by providing the much needed conducive atmosphere for effective teaching and learning despite constraints that have served as limiting factors towards attaining more succeses.
Earlier in his remarks, the Provost of the college, Dr Ibrahim Jibril, had reaffirmed that all the courses offered in the college were are accredited courses. He also stated that out of the 37 Colleges of Education (Technical), FCE (Technical) Bichi has been ranked the best. He therefore restated the college’s readiness to maintain the standard.
A prominent feature of the 4th combined convocation was the conferment of honourary Fellowship of the College on eight distinguished Nigerians.
