Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi has presented a budget estimate of N109.6 billion for 2021 fiscal year.
Governor Fayemi, while presenting the budget at the State House of Assembly complex, on Tuesday in Ado-Ekiti, described it as “Budget of Recovery and Economic Restoration”.

It has a recurrent expenditure of N57.9 billion and capital expenditure of N51.6 billion.

On security, Governor Fayemi noted that his government has made provision for Safe City project in the 2021 budget and that the regional security network, Amotekun, would be fully operational in 2021 while a comprehensive health centre in each of the 177 wards in the state has also been provided for.
