Hon Faleke, while presenting the vehicles in Lagos, said the gesture was part of his commitment to boost the security of the state, adding that more vehicles would be donated in the second phase of his intervention.
“We started by donating eight vehicles to the security agencies; we are also rebuilding the Ojodu Police station burnt down during the #EndSars protest and we will deliver it by next month,” he said.
The Lagos State commissioner of police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, who received the vehicles on behalf of the police, thanked Hon. Faleke and appealed to other politicians and rich Nigerians to emulate him.
