A former BCC Lions player, Abraham Fackaa, is confident that despite the failure of Victor Osimhen to score in his first two league matches for Napoli, the Super Eagles forward is going to score many goals for the Serie A giants.
A proven striker at 21 years, the former Golden Eaglets star joined Napoli in July from Lille for a whopping £70m potentially rising to £80m with add-ons to emerge Africa’s most expensive player in history.

Moments after he joined Napoli, Osimhen announced his arrival in Italy with a double hat-trick for the Gli-azzurris in two friendly matches.
However, after league games against Parma and Genoa, he only managed to pick two assists without a goal to show for his impressive performances.
Speaking to Daily Trust on Wednesday, Fackaa, a former junior international, said there is no cause for alarm.
According to him, Osimhen is only ‘warming’ up as he said he will soon bang in goals for Napoli.
“I know everyone is anxious for Osimhen to start scori for his new club.
“He is a proven goal scorer but he needs a little time to blend properly with his teammates.
“Although he is yet to score, he has already justified Gennaro Gattuso’s confidence in him.
“And the two assists he has recorded are good omen.
“The goals will soon pour in for Osimhen,” said the former Calabar Rovers player.
Fackaa who narrowly missed out on the 1993 victorious Golden Eaglets squad also advised the youngster to keep up the hard work that has brought him fame and wealth within such a short time.
According to him, Osimhen must avoid the mistakes that derailed some of his predecessors.
