The Secretary of Board of Trustees (BOT) of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Hon. Elizabeth Ativie, has blamed the problem of the council on people charged with playing advisory role.

Ative said at the weekend in Benin during the inauguration of the National Transition Committee (NTC) at the council’s national stakeholders emergency meeting that the crisis always happened when those expected to give advice would want to dictate for the council, and enjoined such people to remodel their approach.

In his speech, the NYCN BOT Chairman,   Chief Makole Omo  Azugbene, charged NTC to reconcile all aggrieved members to foster peace.

On his part, the NYCN Edo State chapter chairman, Innocent Ajayi, said the committee would bring the peace that had eluded the council.
