Experts in the health sector have said that integrating community systems strengthening (CSS) in the country is important to ensuring an effective response against HIV, TB, malaria and COVID-19.
They stated this Friday during a virtual pre-conference meeting of the Civil Society Accountability Forum organised in collaboration with Stop TB Partnership Nigeria.

Dr Ayodele Awe, Board Chair Stop TB Nigeria said the community level is the operational level for TB and other diseases.
He added that a previous TB survey conducted in 2012 revealed that 75% of the TB cases are in the community.
