Members of the Former Governors’ Forum of Nigeria have cautioned Nigerians against divisive tendencies, saying “our strength lies in our unity”.
The call was made in a statement jointly issued in Abuja by the forum’s chairman, former governor of Niger State, Dr Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu and Secretary, Prof. Tunde Esan.
The former governors congratulated the government and people of Nigeria on the celebration of 60 years of the country as an independent nation.
