President and Chairman, Governing Council, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Olusegun Mojeed, yesterday urged human resource practitioners to equip themselves with new trends.
He spoke at the CIPM Abuja branch 22nd annual conference 2022.
Mojeed said the theme of the programme, ‘HR Tech: Building the Future Work Spaces’, was apt, particularly relevant in the new “world of work”.
“The world of work has rapidly evolved since the pandemic, and there are new must-haves for employers, employees, and especially HR people in navigating the future.

“This conference is very auspicious, an opportunity for HR professionals to learn new trends, agree and disagree, network, and have fun. It’s also a platform for us as HR professionals to reinforce who we are and further equip ourselves for the journey to where we want to be,” he said.
