Nigerian representatives, Enyimba FC and Rivers United have been pitched against two North African clubs following the draws conducted yesterday in Cairo, Egypt.
Two-time CAF Champions League winners, Enyimba will be up against Libyan club, Al Ittihad while Rivers United will clash against Egyptian side, Al Masry as they seek to reach the group stage of the CAF second tier club competition.
Rivers United dropped from the CAF Champions League to the Confederation Cup after they were eliminated in the second preliminary round by Al Hilal of Sudan 2-1 on aggregate.
