The Enugu State Government has unveiled plans for a trade fair to strengthen micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with a view to boosting local businesses.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on MSMEs and Digital Economy, Arinze Chilo-Offiah, told reporters in Enugu at the weekend that the trade fair, slated for November 2024, would be held under the banner of the newly created brand, the ‘Enugu 042 Naija Brand Chick Trade Fair.’
He said the trade fair would open up new horizons for the state’s SMEs by connecting them to global markets.
“Our partner, NaijaBrandChick, has successfully organised similar events in major Nigerian cities and internationally, and we’re confident that this collaboration will bring immense benefits to Enugu’s business community.”
