The residents of Osogbo lamented that the protesters subjected them to hardship and disrupted their businesses.

Bosun Ademola who is a commercial driver said he could not work because protesters blocked the roads.

The shop owners closed their shops since the protest started at 10am and they could not open their shop for business as at 3:30pm because of the protest.

A trader, Elizabeth Abiola said, “This protest is becoming something else. What else do they want. Why are they blocking the roads? They did not allow us to open our shops. What’s the meaning of that? Government must deal with this because it gradually turning into anarchy.”
