The Lagos State Government has lifted the curfew imposed on the State after the #EndSARS protests were hijacked.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu had imposed a curfew, following the unrest that trailed the EndSARS protests in Lagos State.

A statement by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, said that while Lagos State had lifted the curfew imposed due to the recent unrest in the state, the 12am to 4am curfew imposed by the Federal Government to curb the spread of COVID-19 remains.
He said that Lagosians are now free to go about their businesses without any hindrance, assuring that the security agencies would continue to discharge their duties.
The governor urged Lagosians to co-operate with the security agencies to maintain the status of the State as one of the most peaceful.
“We appeal to the citizenry not to do or encourage any action that may turn back the clock, but to keep living in harmony as we get set to rebuild our dear State and strengthen the unity that we are known for,” he stressed.
The Lagos State government had earlier on Saturday directed that all public servants on Salary Grade Levels 1- 12, who were directed to work from home since March, 2020, following the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic to resume work at their various offices with effect from Monday, November 2, 2020.
