The Emir of Tsafe, Alhaji Abubakar Muhammad Bawa, has called for synergy between the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company and its customers to achieve better service delivery in the state.
The emir made the call during a courtesy visit paid by the management of the company to his palace in Tsafe.

The monarch said it was mandatory for customers to understand that payment for electricity consumed was fundamental to enhancing service delivery.
“You have to know the importance of your customers and engage them in all the activities of the organisation for the simple reason that customers are the live wire of every business organization.
“It is through communication process that you can reach out to the large number of your customers who are key to your business. There is no major challenge that will quickly affect the smooth running of business organisations than communication gap,” he noted.
On his part, the Area Manager of Gusau Area Office, Engr Mustapha Gago, said royal fathers have a vital role to play in assisting the company to accomplish its mission and vision of better service delivery.
