Emir of Keffi woos foreign-based agro manufacturing firm to Nasarawa

A post-harvest technology manufacturing company based in Germany, Reila, has identified Nasarawa State as location for establishing its  assembly plant in Nigeria.

Emir of Keffi, Dr Shehu Chindo Yamusa, who wooed the company to Keffi, said, “Being an academic, farmer and an emir has prepared me to continue striving towards the agricultural and other means of growth and development of my emirate, state and the country from manual to mechanized farming, harvest, storage, marketing and research and development.”

Nasarawa State Governor,  Engr. Abdullahi Sule, who witnessed  a demonstration by the firm of its post-harvest implements at Shabu Farms, in Agwada Development Area, showed appreciation to the Emir of Keffi, Dr. Shehu Chindo Yamusa, for the initiative.
