Two persons were crushed by a moving truck in Ado-Ekiti yesterday along Ureje area of Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
The two young men whose identities were unknown were riding on a motorcycle with a bag of corn when the accident happened.

Daily Trust learnt that the two men were on motion when the bag of corn they were carrying on the motorcycle mistakenly hooked on to the edge of the tanker and the motorcycle fell under the vehicle and the two young men were crushed.

Passersby, who rushed to the scene, saw the mutilated bodies of the crushed victims. They described the accident as unfortunate.
Men of the Odo-Ado Police Division arrived at the scene in time to stop a mob from setting the truck ablaze.
