Ekiti court sentences 2 over stolen properties

An Ekiti State high court sitting in Ado Ekiti has sentenced two persons for conspiracy, burglary, and stealing.

Osho Olutobi, 23, and Abiodun Sunday, 35, were sentenced to five and 30 years imprisonment, respectively.

In his judgement, Justice Lekan Ogunmoye said the mere fact that Sunday received stolen goods from Olutobi would not, without more, translate to the fact that the two conspired to commit felonies.
