He appealed to the security agencies to provide adequate security for the corps members that would serve as ad-hoc officers during the election.

A statement on Wednesday by Director, Press and Public Relations Unit, NYSC, Adenike Adeyemi, said the DG gave the advice in Benin while sensitizing the corps members on their roles as impartial umpires.

He also charged the corps members to abide by the electoral laws, represent the scheme as good ambassadors, be patriotic, apolitical and maintain neutrality throughout the conduct of the election.
