Bauchi State Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has urged Christians in the state to use the occasion of this year’s Easter to pray for God’s intervention in bringing an end to the COVID-19 pandemic and Lassa fever in the state.
The governor in his Easter message yesterday said Bauchi State and Nigeria as whole needs prayers to overcome the challenges bedeviling the nation.
Mohammed while urging Christians to use the occasion for sober reflection and self-evaluation, advised them to observe personal hygiene and social distancing to keep safe from COVI-19.
