Spokesperson of the agency, Mrs. Henrietta Yakubu, noted that all necessary facilities, infrastructure and manpower to ensure seamless facilitation at the airports have been deployed.
Daily Trust reports that the MMIA, the busiest airport in the country has been a beehive of activities ahead of the Easter festivities.
Despite the spike in air fares, the domestic wing of the airport has been very busy with passengers travelling to various parts of the country for the Easter celebration.
Assuring passengers of safety and security, FAAN added that relevant security agencies have been mobilized to beef up security at all airports.
The Authority advised passengers to endeavour to leave for the airport early enough, so as to ensure that check-in formalities are conducted in good time.
