How to identify your skin type
Add the fresh mint leaves after turning the heat off. Depending on the strength you want, steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
You can also add sweetener. For each cup, start with 1 teaspoon and add more as needed.
If serving chilled, place ice in tall glasses before adding the tea. Put the tea into mugs if you’re serving it hot. Lemon juice or slices can be added as a garnish, to taste.
