The former governor of Cross River, Donald Duke and his wife, Onari had heads turning at the 2nd edition of the Calabar Bikers Carnival recently. The duo showed up on a black winged bike similar to the one featured in the Hollywood blockbuster Batman movies. Mr. Duke sported an all-black outfit with matching gloves and hat as well.
