Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmakers in the Kaduna State House of Assembly have said the federal and state governments have not done enough to end the incessant attacks and killings in southern Kaduna.
The lawmakers said they were embarrassed with the spate of killings in the area despite the deployment of security agencies.
The Assembly’s Minority Leader, Barrister Emmanuel Kantiok, who led a delegation of the PDP minority caucus, described the killings in the area as worrisome.
He said as elected lawmakers from southern Kaduna, they were saddened by the government’s “non-challant” attitude towards ending the attacks in the area.
