The District Head of Ringa in Kagara Emirate in Rafi LGA of Niger State, Alhaji Samaila Shekarau, has been killed.
Residents told City & Crime that the late traditional ruler was trailed to his house on Sunday night and cut to death with cutlasses.
A resident, who preferred anonymity, said, “We don’t know those behind his killing yet.”
