Dickson condoles with SSG over wife’s death, others

Governor Dickson described the incident as tragic, adding that the government and people of state had joined the family and others in mourning the deaths. He urged the bereaved families to take heart and prayed God to grant them the fortitude to bear the loss. He also pledged government’s support to families of the victims.
Responding on behalf of the Oguru family and Ogbia Kingdom, Executive Secretary of the Bayelsa State Capital City Development Authority,  Chief Ige Iboro Idaba, expressed gratitude to Governor Dickson for his words of encouragement and for identifying with them in their moment of sadness.
Chief Idaba said they would take solace in the fact that everyone has an assignment on earth, after which they would return to their creator, adding that Mrs. Oguru has concluded hers and is now in the bosom of the Lord.
