Diamond Bank Plc has launched SMEZone, a digital platform for Small and Medium-scale Enterprises (SMEs) in the country where they can easily access relevant business information, network with and be mentored by other entrepreneurs.
The online business community also enables SME owners to attend webinars, receive newsletters and participate in competitions that can ultimately help position their business for growth.

Afe noted that Diamond Bank Plc has been at the forefront of innovation within the SME space in Nigeria, adding that some of these include the introduction of financial advisory packages such as monthly Seminars, Workshops, Business Clinics and Trainings in partnership with reputable knowledge hub, online platforms, educational institutions and SME business development consultants.

A statement from the bank in Lagos said Daimond Bank Plc has disbursed over N1 billion to small business owners under the cash flow-based SME lending scheme in partnership with the Women’s World Banking (WWB).
It noted that this has earned the bank top ranking among the first five SME customer banks in Nigeria, according to the KPMG customer service survey 2018.
It added that the SMEZone platform is open to Diamond and Non Diamond bank Customers.
