Developer partners Fidelity Bank on housing finance

Four Seasons Legacy Investments, a Nigerian-based company in partnership with Fidelity Bank, has launched a “Nigerian dream homes” services targeted at helping Nigerians abroad acquire property in Nigeria.

Speaking at the public orientation in Lagos, the managing director, Dr. Alfred Bisi Tofade, said Four Seasons was strategically positioned to resolve some of the challenges people in the diaspora constantly faced with regards to mitigating the risk of fraud, eliminating travel risks, sourcing for loan and getting vetted professionals to handle projects on behalf of clients.

“The construction is inspected stage by stage by quality assurance professionals before our client authorizes payment, eradicating the problem of builder/developer non-performance.

“Projects are then paid for in stages by the receiving bank (Fidelity Bank Plc) from client account after each milestone is accomplished to client satisfaction and specification,” he stated.
