Developer introduces housing scheme for middle, high income earners

BSTAN Group has introduced a housing scheme that will enable middle and high income earners buy homes with as low N2.5 million if they could leverage on their social capital.

The scheme which is in three categories of N2.5m, N3.5 and N5m also comes with a separate plot of land for subscribers. 

The President and Group Managing Director of BSTAN Group, Dr. Becky Olubukola, explained that the scheme tagged Home Titan, would enable subscribers get their dream home in choice locations by paying just the initial deposits.

She explained that subscribers would have to log onto their App, complete the form and make the initial deposit after which, they would be required to get a certain number of other subscribers to subscribe within a specific period of time to get the house without any further payments. 

She, however, noted that even a subscriber who is unable to get subscribers would at least get the land as the value of the initial deposit. 

Dr. Olubukola said the scheme would help reduce the housing deficit and help people get houses across the country as the scheme is nationwide and in some countries abroad.

She said the system is not a ponzu scheme as the company has reputation and physical presence. 

She also said it is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and is known by the federal government to have been into legitimate housing businesses with a formidable track record of not less than 15 years.

She disclosed that the group has not less than 4,000 plots of land and building has commenced in 11 states while the other states will commence the scheme in January 2022.

“With BSTAN, you can own your home, a brand new house with just N2.5 million, N3.5 million and N5.5 million depending on the structure and place you go for in the entire 36 states of the federation,” she said.
