Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun is currently meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, Daily Trust online reports.
The Governor, our correspondent reports, arrived the Villa around 12:30 pm and went straight to the President’s office for a closed door meeting.
The preferred candidate of Amosun, Adekunle Akinlade has since dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Allied People’s Movement (APM).

Amosun had since threw his weight behind the defection.
Aside Akinlade, other loyalists of the Governor have dumped the APC.
The Governor’s position is being considered as an anti-party activity by some chieftains.
