Popular Kano based Islamic cleric, Sheikh Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa has been reappointed as the Commandant-General of Kano Hisbah Board by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
Daurawa announced the development in a video clip published on his official Facebook page on Monday.
He will be heading the board for the third time as he had served two terms during the administration of former Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and the first tenure of Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
In 2018, he announced his resignation as a fallout of the issues between the two former governors, Kwankwaso and Ganduje.
