Matches in the 2022 Daura Senatorial Zone President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) Unity Cup for ‘Next Level’ will continue today with group matches taking place across three centres namely Daura, Mani and Kankia.
Two matches will be held this afternoon at the Daura centre with the first being the potentially explosive tie between Daura Youths Academy against FC 20 of Mai’adua at the Daura Township stadium.

The second match of the day will be the encounter between Nasir Sani Zango versus Kusugu Rangers.
At Mani centre, there will be a local derby between Mashi United and Mashi Selected while another derby between heavyweights, Mani United and FC Galaxy Mani will take the centre stage on Thursday, August 4.
On Tuesday, FC Porto Kankia will trade tackles with Kusada United in Kankia Centre just as Sani Zagon square up with 11 Ideas Ingawa on Friday, August 5.
A look at the result of group matches played so far at Daura Centre shows that Musa Haro defeated Daura Youth 1-0, Liverpool piped Kusugu Rangers 2-1, Nasiru Sani Zango drew 1-1 with Nasidi United, Nasarawa United edged Nasidi United 3-0 while Usman Ango walloped Ahmmadiyya FC 6-0.
In other matches, defending champions, FC Porto Zango were forced to 1-1 draw by Mai’adua United, Musa Musa subdued Jakadan Academy 3-1, FC Zumunta drew 1-1 with Eagles Stars, FC Ashafa subdued Chelsea 2-0, FC Bunturawa forced FC Shettima to a 1-1 draw, FC Nasara Daura were held to a barren draw by Wigan, Durbin Daura stroll past FC Nasara Zango 3-1 while FC Liverpool inflicted 3-0 defeat on Musa Haro Academy.
A total of 46 youth teams are taking part in this year’s PMB Unity Cup competition for amateur clubs in the Daura Senatorial zone.
