Dangote Group has announced that it will hold a special day at the on-going 12th Abuja International Trade Fair in Abuja today.
A statement by the Corporate Communications department said the Group Executive Director, Engr. Mansur Ahmed, would be special guest at the occasion.
The company said the special event will bring together its major dealers, distributors of its products, foreign and indigenous exhibitors as well as customers.
“The occasion presents a unique opportunity for the participants to discuss and exchange information on Dangote brand, services and business potentials across Africa, and the sub-Saharan region,” the statement said.
The company said customers will have a chance to win gifts through raffle draws as they explore the various wares on display.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Trade and Investment, Okechukwu Enelamah, has expressed satisfaction with Dangote Stand at the Fair.
Enelamah, who was represented by the in-coming president of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Mr. Adetokunbo Kayode, said the chamber plans to continue to partner with the Africa conglomerate to move the chambers’ activities forward in a bid to return Nigeria to the part of sufficiency through non-oil export in line with the focus of the fair.
