Dakingari mourns ex-dep gov

The governor, during a visit to the emir’s palace, described the death as a great loss not only to his family and the state but the entire country. He prayed Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest.  
The emir thanked the governor for his support.  
The governor also visited the deceased home.
